Mermaid Players' Production of "Much Ado About Nothing" Opens
Much Ado About Nothing, a play by William Shakespeare, opened at 8:30pm in the Belles Lettres Room in Denny Hall. Presented by the Mermaid Players, the production ran February 21-23.

The American Chamber Orchestra performed in Bosler Hall at 8:00pm. Under the direction of Robert Scholz, the orchestra performed six pieces.
The Little Theater of Dickinson College, under the direction of John C. Helper, performed three one-act plays at 8:00pm in Denny Hall. Performed May 16-18, the featured plays were The Dear Departed, If Men Played Cards as Women do, and Caravan.
Clifford Devereux and his theatre company performed five shows over two days in Bosler Hall. The first show, Her Husband's Wife by A. E. Thomas, was on Monday at 8:15pm. On Tuesday afternoon, beginning at 2:30pm, the company performed a scene from William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, Anton Chekhov's The Boor, and a scene from Richard Brinsley Sheridan's The School for Scandal. The final play, Ghosts by Henrik Ibsen, was performed Tuesday evening at 8:15pm. The Athletic Association presented the event.
The Dramatic Club performed The Millionaire, a three-act comedy by Juliet Wilbur Tomkins and Nathaniel Edward Reeid, in Bosler Hall.
The Glee Club's performance for the 1887-1888 academic year was held in the Carlisle Opera House.
