The YMCA holds two special, well attended events, with speakers.  Professor emeritus Dr. Harman passes away.  The board of The Dickinsonian moves into a new room in West College.  Dr. Mohler writes a laboratory booklet "Exercises in Practical Physics" for students of physical laboratory, and other improvements are made to the department, such as new equipment and rearranged furniture.  The faculty of the Preparatory School is rearranged in response to the departure of Professor Dare.  Improvements are made to the athletic field.  A new college button is designed.  New uniforms are purchased for the football team.
