Omicron Delta Kappa and Wheel and Chain presented their newest members on the steps of Old West before a large crowd on Wednesday evening. The Student Senate unanimously passed the 1983-84 Spring Activities Budget on Tuesday. Dickinson's first annual Siblings Weekend is slated to occur, starting on Friday, April 21st and going until Sunday, April 23rd. Senior raised $29,200 for the college during the 1983 Senior Gift Drive. Dickinson has initiated the "7000" plan, a student loan program for students in higher income brackets. Rich Shoener writes an editorial criticizing the hypocrisy of fraternity life. Tom Lofgren and Dusty Rose provided music for the CSA's last coffeehouse of the semester in the basement of the Holland Union Building. The Mermaid Players are set to perform Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Gondoliers." The artist Ruth Ledis has an exhibit of her clay sculptures on display in a side room in the Holland Union Building. Men's lacrosse won two of their past three games. Softball loses both ends of a doubleheader to Susquehanna and remains winless. Women's rugby beat California State of Pa. to win their first ever match. Both men and women's track won, while baseball lost to Swarthmore.
