A group of Dickinson men continue to push for the initiation of an international Jewish fraternity, Alpha Epsilon Pi. Dickinson Public Safety and Student Senate launch the Safe Ride Program. Two students are arrested at a local bar, causing Fast Eddies to tighten its security. Pleasurable Sex Chat addresses men's and women's sexuality. Two major snowstorms cost the college about $25,000. Seniors in the Nisbet Program struggle with their Problem Oriented Experience papers, and faculty members question the program. Faculty approves the computer science major. Plagiarism resurfaces as a recurrent problem. Dr. Joseph R. Washington, Jr. addresses the future of the black church in the first speech of the Black Arts Festival.

YWCA and YMCA jointly hold a fete in the gymnasium.  Intercollegiate Debating teams are restructured.  A new department for the teaching of oral composition and debating is proposed.  Senate for 1911 elected.  Department of Oratory announces final contest.  1911 Microcosm published.  The Union Philosophical Society, the College Band, and the Harman Literary Society hold officer elections.  Halley's comet passes by.

Celebrations for Washington's Birthday are planned.  Phi Delta Theta holds its annual dance in the Armory.  A senior writes a letter to the editor on the deplorable state of the bathing facilities in the gymnasium.  Essays to compete for membership on the Dickinsonian board due soon.  Applicants are reminded that the positions require hard work.  Gaps left in baseball schedule because Carlisle Indian School not playing in 1910.

The Athletic Association selects members for the baseball team.  The Union Philosophical Society Sophomore Contest is held.  The Union Philosophical Society purchases new books for their collection.  The Belles Lettres Society begins a revision of their constitution.  Alumni hold a reunion in Philadelphia.  The seniors go on their Class Ride.  Dickinson's baseball team plays Hagerstown in the first match of the season. 

The annual school catalogue is released, with numerous printer mistakes.  The Union Philosophical Society alters its constitution.  The Phi Psi's hold their annual reception.  Construction continues for the gymnasium.  The Belles Lettres Society plans its annual Sophomore Contest.  The Freshman play a chosen baseball team from the entire college population and lose to them, 28 to 16.  The Microcosm is not to be printed this year. 

Students are criticized for studying on the Sabbath.  Relations between students and professors are notably peaceful.  Rumors spread that South College is to be dedicated entirely to the Preparatory school.  The only known existing portrait of President Durbin, the first President of the College, is donated to Dickinson until a duplicate portrait or bust can be donated by the owner, President Durbin's daughter Fletcher Harper.  The annual Day for College Prayer is observed on January 30 with a sermon from Rev. W. S.

The Skitchagenee Sophomore club held a dance at the Phi Kappa Psi house. President Reed told a story about improper youthful behavior, but the moral is lost on the student body. The Mohler Scientific club held a discussion of the Busch Magneto. A list of novels worth reading. Long essay titled "What Scared Belshazzer. The Varsity Show to be postponed until fall.
