YWCA and YMCA jointly hold a fete in the gymnasium.  Intercollegiate Debating teams are restructured.  A new department for the teaching of oral composition and debating is proposed.  Senate for 1911 elected.  Department of Oratory announces final contest.  1911 Microcosm published.  The Union Philosophical Society, the College Band, and the Harman Literary Society hold officer elections.  Halley's comet passes by.

Seniors present Dr. and Mrs. Reed with brass candlesticks in honor of their 21st year at the College.  Freshmen win the cap scrap agains the Sophomores by ingeniously concealing their caps in their shoes.  The day long Senior Ride up to Doubling Gap is a success.  Dickinson competes in annual Pennsylvania relay races in Philadelphia.  Student body is called to encourage the Senate to more activity and involvement.  Annual Dewey Night celebrations carried off more tamely than usual with a smoker in the gym.

Belles Lettres Literary Society wins annual debate against Union Philosophical Literary Society.  The Ben Greet Players present "The Taming of the Shrew" and "Twelfth Night", hosted by the Civic Club.  Suggestions for ways to revise the cap scrap are requested by the Senate.

Dickinson defeats Swarthmore in the Fourth Intercollegiate Oratorical Contest.  The Junior physics class went to study the organ in Allison M. E. Church.  Rev. Samuel Parkes Cadman gives an excellent lecture.  The combined musical clubs give a concert at Shippensburg.  Dr. W. V. Kelley's lecture on Browning is a success.  Mid-winter sports exhibition held.  New Dickinsonian board announced.  Editor responds to hazing controversy.  1912 Microcosm board members announced.

The YWCA holds a very successful night of entertainment, including musical and theatrical acts.  The editors complain of the incorrect reports and anti-Dickinson attitude in the Carlisle newspapers and the Carlisle community of "know-it-alls" at large.  The last Comus Club dance of the year is planned.  Sigma Alpha Epsilon holds a dance at the Armory.  YMCA holds its officer elections.  Belles Lettres and Union Philosophical Society celebrate their anniversaries with a lecture by Dr. W. V. Kelly on Browning.  The Ben Greet Players to come to present "Romeo and Juliet."  Dr. and Mrs.
