Professor Wellman J. Warner addresses the Upsilon Circle of the Omicron Delta Kappa on the subject of "Leadership in a Free Society."  Belles Lettres and the French Club have Christmas parties.  The Dickinson Women's Choral Club and Allison Memorial Choir present "The Messiah" jointly at Allison Memorial Church.  Tau Delta Pi gives one-act play before Dramatic Club.  Miriam Saint Warner sings at chapel services.   Basketball loses opening game of the season to Princeton.  Professor Cornelius Fink speaks at Chapel services on the history of freedom of thought and press in the United States and England. Greek Club visits the Capitol building in Harrisburg to see historical artifacts.  Jane Gilmore of Dickinson's Dramatic Club secured a 12 week contract with WHP radio to take a role in a program entitled "The Warren Family."  Dramatic Club stages two one-act plays at Metzger Hall.  William D. Boswell explains the charitable origins of the Doll Dance, a Dickinson Christmas tradition.  Basketball coach Richard H. MacAndrews rounds out three decades as a sports figure at Dickinson College.  Basketball to play F & M and Susquehanna University on the road during next week, and Beloit College from Wisconsin at home.
