The Freshman class was the winner in the annual Tug-O-War competition against the Sophomores. The competition could have went to either class as the competition time concluded, but the judges decided in a secret session that the Freshmen were victorious.

The Sophomore class was the winner in the annual Tug-O-War competition against the Freshman. As a result the freshman had to wear their 'dinks' during the remainder of the year.

The faculty hosted a dinner in honor of the three new members of the Phi Beta Kappa Fraternity on the 40th anniversary of the fraternity's Alpha Chapter in Pennsylvania. These new members were Helen M. Bowser, Mary A. Brightbill and Paul D. McNamee (all class of 1927).

In the first scrap of the year, the sophomores hurled buckets of blood, rotting fruit, and other refuse at the freshmen attempting to enter Biddle Field.  For the first time in many years, the sophomores were victorious.

The sophomores won by 21-17 the annual Button Game, a basketball game between the sophomores and first years that determines whether the first years must continue to wear their identifying buttons.  Harry Kane, Milt Davidson, and Joe Lipinski were the outstanding players for the sophomores.

The junior promenade of the class of 1932 was held in the American Legion Hall.  Leather cases including mirrors and coin purses were provided as favors.  The decorating committee created a jail for the dance chaperones.

The Men's Tribunal, citing lack of accusations of rulebreaking and mindful of changes in the rules for the upcoming year, suspended the freshman class rules for the remainder of the 1930-1931 school year, a month earlier than any other Tribunal in Dickinson history.

The annual senior picnic was held at Williams' Grove on Monday, May 18th.  It featured boating, golfing, skee-balling, dancing, swinging, baseball, and a dinner of baked ham, baked beans, cheese, pickles, preserves, potato chips, rolls, coffee, and homemade cake and ice cream.

An International Relations Club held its first meeting on January 14, 1932.  The purpose of the club was to study world politics, the League of Nations, and other problems of international scope.  The Carnegie Foundation helped create the club.

Sat., Feb. 6, 1932

The freshman class held a dance in the Carlisle armory on Saturday, February 6, 1932.  They decorated the armory in red, white and blue and with silhouettes of Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

Seventy-five couples attended the annual sophomore class dance held in the armory on February 13, 1932.  The event was marked by the performance of Joe Haynes and his Missourians, who had never before performed at a Dickinson function.  The hall was decorated with hearts and cupids.

A Ford coupe that belonged J. Carlton Godlove of Hagerstown, Maryland, was found on its side, tires deflated, inside the Bosler Hall library.  The Alpha Chi Rho fraternity was blamed for the prank.
