Delta Nu philanthropic event "Mr. Dickinson" changed its name to "Best of Dickinson." Lecturers discussed the hot debate of Gay Marriage Rights in the U. S.. Dickinson established an LBGTQ Safe Zone training program. Dickinson remembered the Holocaust. Spring concert headliner Andy Grammer visited and performed at Dickinson.

Students have mixed feelings about the new class registration system. Wildlife at the Reineman Wildlife Sanctuary and Field Laboratory is being harmed by an overpopulation of deer. Alcohol Awareness Week is this week. Ashley Myers and Allyson Ayers write an article about turnitin.com, the new online way that teachers can see if their students have plagiarized. The editors editorial questions the purpose of the various physical renovations happening to Dickinson's campus. Students are interviewed about their views on whether affirmative action could be used to bring men to campus.

The Multicultural Fair Week is in its fourth year and continues to bring awareness to the Dickinson community. The Spahr Library has plans for new additions to be built to create more space for the ever increasing volumes of books. The Library also looks to improve the Inter-Library Loan system and create a computerized circulation system. Lewis Czedrick was crowned Mr. Dickinson in the third annual Mr. Dickinson pageant held by Delta Nu. The Ice Hockey team is undefeated thus far in the season.
