Bishop Ernest Richardson is announced as the speaker for the Hall's dedication service. Bishop Charles Burns and former president George L. Reed are announced as speakers for Commencement, scheduled for the Sunday after publication. The track team finishes fourth in the first annual Central Pennsylvania College Conference. New rushing rules and the list of students to receive honors are published.
The graduating class of Cooper Township High School visits campus. William Baumgarten, newly-hired professor of Bible Studies, tours campus and meets faculty. The recently-formed Women's Athletic Association publishes its bylaws. Belles Lettres elects new officers.
Fred Holmes '24 wins first prize in the annual Freshman Oratorical Contest. The Dickinsonian attends a meeting of the Intercollegiate Newspaper Association at Gettysburg. The Freshman class votes 168-43 in favor of the Honor System. The Sophomore and Junior classes, Union Philosophical Society, McIntyre Literary Society, Harmon Literary Society, and Greek Club elect new officers.
Founder's Day celebrations are deemed a great success. Student Senate meets to discuss improving "chapel entertainment," a popular notion among the student body. The Honor System (renamed the "Student Government Examination System") is amended and enters its second trial phase. The freshman class elects its officers for the next academic year. The final examination schedule is published.

William Bretz '21 gives an organ recital in Allison Church.
Journalist and founding member of the NAACP Hamilton Holt gives a talk defending the League of Nations at chapel. Senate announces that, in light of the lack of support for the Honor System, amendments will be made and proposed to the student body. The Mohler Science Club elects officers. Local merchant Foster Cromleigh offers the choice of a fountain pen or gold pencil to the first Dickinsonian batter to hit a home run.
The results from the Honor System (then in a trial run) are published: 179 votes in favor, 77 in favor of revising the current system, and 113 against any system whatsoever. A women's athletic association, headquartered in Metzger Hall, is proposed.
