Clarke Forum hosts immigrant activists Hugo Castro and Jose Luis Hernandez Cruz to discuss their work with undocumented and disabled immigrants.

Karcher's lecture about anti-lynching campaign and Rev. Kristen Leslie's lecture about sexualized violence and faith.

Professor Lothar Probst from University of Breman, Germany, presents Clarke Forum lecture on the rise of populism in Germany and the United States during the election season. The Popel Shaw Center holds its first Interracial Mixer at Landis House to discuss racism, ethnic stereotypes, and ethnic erasure.

New drug testing policy for student atheletes is approved. Students gather in ATS to watch the first presidential debate between Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump. Exonerated inmates Sophia "Sunny" Jacobs and Peter Pringle present a Clarke Forum event in ATS on the importance of forgiveness. Acapella group Syrens updates their gender inclusivity critera from "all-female" to "all-female-identifying." Bhutanese flag is hung alongside other flags in the dining hall.

Author Raj Patel presents a Clarke Forum lecture about the modern food system and the changes he believes it should undergo. Dickinson partners with SolarCity to install a new solar array that will provide electricity to the campus.

The illegal distribution and sale of prescription drugs such as Adderall and Ritalin becomes very present on campus. A tuition increase for the 2007-2008 school year is announced, much to the dismay of students though it seems that they understand the reasons behind the increases. Although it meets the national and state safety requirements, Kaufman Hall still contains levels of toxins too high for Dickinson standards which will be handled over winter break. Pulitzer Prize winner Rita Dove comes to Dickinson as the recipient of the 2006 Stellfox Award.
