Dickinson's 124th annual commencement begins.  Raven's Claw announces its members for 1907-08.  The Beta Theta Pi fraternity gives a formal opening of their new house on High St.  A commencement concert is planned by the Glee Club and Mandolin Club.

In this edition, a tuition increase was issued, which raised tuition to about $300 more for the '77-'78 school year. The Affirmative Action Committee of Dickinson College is reviewing and revising the Title IX (against sex discrimination) self-study. Apparently the AAC recommended that the Raven's Claw and Wheel and Chain societies be excluded from the campus, since both are only all-male or all-female members.

SVHB (Social Violations Hearing Board) continues trials, voting to suspend Rick Mater of SDS for his "detrimental" conduct at anti-ROTC demonstration. College seeks to require Morgan Hall residents to pay for damages to hall. Students voice skepticism over fraternity hat organizations. Prof. Neil Wolf addresses American Physical Society on "peaceful fusion power uses."

College President Howard L. Rubendall opens 1964-1965 academic year at 192nd opening convocation. The complete text of his address is included in this issue. New student center opens. Students are "amazed" despite incomplete facilities. Rush regulations are reviewed. The freshman class is the largest in the history of the school with 452 freshman from 23 states and 6 foreign countries. An article gives advice to incoming freshman.
